Own a 2016 Roadglide Special...had some warranty engine work done by my dealer...wasn't happy repairs authorized by Harley..so i went for a 3 hr. Ride to Lancaster...heard good things about the Service dept. Logan looked up the work done, contacted Harley tech for some questions he had. He explained everything that was done, set my mind at ease. Had an oil change done while I was there. Was told to check with them again after 1k...decided in a few months I'll make the 3 hr. Ride back to have my 5k service done by them..treated very well.

It's been a life long dream of mine to own a Harley. After I retired from the military my physical condition left me in no shape to ever ride again and my dream crept further and further away. After having two total knee replacements, the thought of being able to ever ride a bike seemed impossible.
One day after months of rehabilitation, my wife and I decided to go look at Harley's and once again, that dream took on new life. One thing I really liked about the Harley Davidson dealership in Lancaster was that they understood my disabilities and challenges I faced. The salesman that helped me (Tom) didn't pressure me into buying, he talked to me about what I wanted and what I could actually ride. Me, I wanted to go big, get that bike that would almost ride itself. I think I was one of those guys that just wanted to own a Harley but not ride it. Tom told me that once I owned a Harley, I was going to want to ride it, he was right. So, rather than buying something I would never physically be able to ride, he sold me one I could ride. At the time I bought it, I didn't even have a license to ride it, Tom had to deliver it to my house where I could look at it and it look good. The following week I got my permit to ride and naturally, I had to take it for a spin. When you are traveling, and a long, long ways from home, the last thing you want is to experience a problem with your Harley Davidson. Awesome Business! Bought a used bike from Tom and was very impressed. I thought the bike might have had a problem so I asked them to look at it. They were more than happy to and gave me a very detailed explanation as to why the problem really wasn't a problem. They were right! The bike runs like a champ! I was looking to buy a used Electra glide while in bishop California I looked around at all the area dealers on the internet to find a bike that met my needs and price. I was willing to go to any place near that had the best deal , I wanted to ride this bike from California to Indiana so its a gamble when buying a used bike if you'll make it without a hitch luck have it the perfect bike was in Lancaster at antelope Harley , as they were the closest so I called and got candy she was quick to answer my questions and took me serious , and professionally , I was buying the bike unseen and going on there photos and word , I showed up two days later bought the bike and without even hearing it run , I was totally going on trust and leaving on a 2700 mile ride , I was not disappointed the bike was well described and rode like a champ I took old 66 most of the time and even down to Amboy in California which is a rough road the bike was wonderful and run like a dream . I seen some of the most wonderful sites and people. stopped at every Harley dealer on the way all where great but antelope stood above they treat you like family .my bike made in to my old home town in Indiana without a hitch one . thank you antelope valley Harley for being a true American all the way. thanks to all at antelope especially candy and Kelly .

Back on May 31, 2014. I was visiting family in Lancaster and had engine problems that day. Lucky I was close by your dealership and stopped in to have it checked out. The mechanic found problems with the charging system and made all of the necessary repairs.
Matt went out of his way to get me to the bank and in a short time had me back on the

How else can I put it other than to say you have a customer for life. This is my first bike purchase and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I first entered AV Harley Davidson on May 7, 2013, and although I was ready to purchase a bike, the last thing I wanted was to be followed around by a pushy salesman. To my pleasant surprise, this did not happen. The sales associate, Tony Anaya, greeted me with a handshake and then encouraged me to look around and let him know if I had any questions about any of the bikes. When I told him that I was interested in a Fat Bob, he proceeded to show me a brand new Fat Bob that had just arrived that day. At all times Tony was polite and very professional. Having found the bike that I wanted, I next had the pleasure of meeting with sales manager, Gary Provenzano. Gary could probably tell this was my first time buying a bike and he could not have made me feel more at ease if he tried. Gary treated me as though I was a longtime friend and not merely a customer from off the street. The last person with whom I came into contact with was the business manager, Kelly Rice. While drawing up the contract, Kelly gave me assurances that I was going to love riding my new Harley. She spoke about her experiences when she was a new rider and assured me that I would treasure buying this bike that I had already committed to spending a significant amount of money on. The deal was already made and yet I was still being treated exceptionally well, which is in itself a rare occurrence in stores these days. The Antelope Valley Harley Davidson staff truly welcomed me to their Harley family and I could not be happier with this experience. Matt did a great job in scheduling my 5000 mile service and in the pre and post inspection of my bike. Prior to scheduling my service Cholo explained to me the benefits of using synthetic oils on the newer bikes, and afterwards he worked in a last minute request to have my adjustable riders backrest installed. I'm very satisfied with the service department and of course the mechanics at AV Harley. Great job everyone!

Let me tell you, if you want to be treated with courtesy, professionalism and feel like part of a family, you need look no further. From parts, to service, to purchase of a bike and, in my case, taking their Riders Edge course for new riders, everything they do is top notch! If you want just "so so service and respect", go somewhere else. If you want to be treated like "you're part of the family, no matter how small a purchase,service or question you have, then go to AVHD!! You won't be disappointed. I purchased my 2012 Softail Heritage Classic from AV Harley-Davidson in October of 2011 and I have to say the experience has been great from the first time I walked in the door and spoke with Greg to my most recent service call with Jenny and the rest of the service team.During the sales stage of my H-D purchase experience Greg was very helpful in my determination of which model H-D I wanted to purchase. With him knowing I was a long time active rider, Greg asked me very relevant questions on the type of riding I planned to do the majority of the time to get a feel for what would work best for me. He answered my numerous questions and showed me the various aspects of the different models I was considering. It was a real pleasure working with Greg and I ended up with the perfect machine for my riding needs and style.After making my purchase decision I was introduced to Kelly in the finance office. I have to admit I didn't know closing a deal on a vehicle could be so enjoyable. Kelly really knows her stuff and she was excellent in explaining all of the options that were available to me. In the end I received a very fair deal on my trade-in vehicle and the terms of the financing plan were right in line with what I wanted. The whole financing experience could not have gone any smoother. Guess where my next H-D purchase will be... it's a no-brainer.I've heard all kinds of horror stories about H-D service departments but all I have to say is you need to experience AV Harley-Davidson's service department. Jenny is awesome! I love her personality but the pleasurable experience doesn't stop there at the service desk. The whole service department crew is full of talented and dedicated people who treat your machine like it was their own. They really enjoy what they do and it shows in their quality of work and how they interface with their customers. I think other motorcycle shops can learn from AV Harley-Davidson. Stop by and check them out.Who doesn't want to purchase parts and accessories for their Harley? If you want the straight scoop on what will work best for your bike's desired performance or look you need to stop by and see Matt or Rocky at the AV Harley-Davidson parts department. Everything from normal maintenance parts to full-on customization Rocky and Matt can answer your questions and get you started down the right path. Both of these guys have saved me from making erroneous purchases just by asking me a few questions. I really appreciate the way Matt and Rocky look out for their customers. They have become my first stop when I think about purchasing parts or accessories for my Heritage Classic.Prior to purchasing my Softail I did not pay very much attention to H-D clothing or riding gear but the day I purchased my bike I bought a jacket more suitable for cruising than canyon carving from AV Harley-Davidson's riding gear department. What I found is I really didn't understand the quality that is put into H-D's clothing and riding gear line. Since that initial purchase I find myself perusing through the clothing section every time I visit. If I have any questions on clothing or riding gear, Cat and the rest of the department staff are the people to speak with. With all the products available it amazes me when Cat can explain anywhere from the smallest detail of a product to overall which product line works best for a given situation straight off the top of her head. She really knows the products she works with and that has helped my purchase decisions immensely especially since I'm not an easy person to fit clothing on.My overall experience with AV Harley-Davidson is extremely positive. It the kind of place I can just hang out in and have fun for a few hours. The atmosphere is professional yet personable, business-like yet friendly, and structured yet relaxed. I don't know how they do it but AV H-D has a winning combination in my opinion. I will continue to be a very satisfied customer of theirs for the foreseeable future.

I have a few years of riding under my belt and always heard and saw that HD Had a rep for making bikes that leak, ones that leave you on the side of the road missing out of good rides. I was sold on getting a sport bike and living with the idea that long comfortable rides were never gonna happen for me. This last spring I went to Italy for work ( sometimes my job is cool) and ended up going with a friend who rented 3 HD bikes. Having never been on a HD I spent all night stressed out that my entire trip would be spent stuck in some small village broken down on this bike. My day changed te second I sat on the 2010 sportster883R. I rode the hell out of that bike, thru small towns, villages, up and down steep grades of hills, thru tree lined roads and major highway traffic. I never felt so ready to ride than that day. I made myself that no matter what, I'd spend the next year of my life saving money, not for just a bike, not some HD that everybody thought I should get, but the Sportster model of my choice because I loved it. Big bore, bigger engine, more more more.... Not interested, just the Iron 883 2012 under me has been my dream and I'm heading out right now to take her on our first road trip. The people of AV HD were a blessing, no pressure, no pushing, just let me wander in and look around never bothering me about when. But when I was ready so were they, bike prepared, all the paper ready and smiles all around. Great buying experience, one I look forward to doing again and again. Couldn't ask for a better experience than the one I had in your dealership. Thanks all around.

I have a modified '95 Heritage Softail that has some sentimental value to me because my Mom and Dad had the whole front end chromed for me and then just two months later cancer took my Mom from me. Mitch in service is super careful to make sure my pride and joy is just as beautiful when she leaves as when I brought her in. Just as important his work is impeccable and my bike continues to run like a dream. Over the years I've had tremendously positive experience with AV Harley. One time my battery died on the road and it was just minutes from closing time. I called and Scott said he'd stay there to receive the bike when the tow truck arrived with it. On another occasion I had a loose timing cover and again Scott stayed after closing to make sure I was good to go on the road. You find that AV Harley is not just a Harley shop - it becomes YOUR Harley shop. Thanks to the whole staff at AV Harley - you're the best!

I purchased a 2006 Wide Glide back in February of 06. After almost 5 years and near 40,000 miles on the bike, I deceided it was time to get a new ride or do some major changes. Long story short, the sales team, financing, and service department helped me make my deecision. I was able to get a new bike (2012 FXS Blackline) 6 months before I intended to and the transaction was much easier than I had anticipated. I compared many HD shops in California, Nevada, and Arizona prior to my purchase in 06. This time, I did not even consider going anywhere else. The service team has always treated me very well, sales was excellent, and financing made buying a new bike extremely simple, and the people at the parts counter actually know what they are talking about. Antelope Valley HD has my 6-Star Vote! They are by far, a step above the rest in my opinion.

So if your as passionate about your Harley and Riding as I am and you need a Dealer who is truly in your corner and actually cares about you and your Bike, Experience Antelope Valley Harley. RecientlyI was having Radio Problems with my CVO and was frustrated ( gotta have my Tunes!) There Service Manager Matt Kellerman Was genuinely concerned about my delimma and took alot of time listening to my concerns. He proposed solutions and not excuses. When I showed up for my appointment they immediatly took my bike in and within 30 Minutes Technician Jack had the problem Identified(bad Amp). Aditionally he took the time to acess the entire Bike, not just the radio and identified another problem, Leaking Seal. Service, Advisor Ken Conner was dilligent about the keeping me informed about the status of my Bike throughout They even checked all my fluid levels, aired up my tires and washed my Bike. Amazing!
